Now this is a funny, Architects vs. Engineers. I am seeing this almost everyday. A typical scenario in the construction business or may I say even on the design aspect.  This has been a great debate everywhere on who is better and who is the “main man” in terms of building a structure.

OF VIGAN AND VIGAN CATHEDRAL

This is the Vigan Cathedral in Vigan, Ilocos Sur.  This was done by me using watercolor on an illustration board. This was a final plate for rendering unit during my college years and that was more or less a decade ago.  I saw this on my cabinet when I was cleaning some stuff.  If my memory serves me right, I copied this from a postcard.  I was in Vigan a couple of months back and I was shocked on the environment surrounding the Vigan Cathedral. GIANT GOLDEN CROWN FLYING FOX – ONLY IN THE PHILIPPINES

I do not know if this image is legit or not but this is believe to be the Giant golden-crowned flying fox (Acerodon jubatus) or is famously know as the Golden-capped fruit bat. It got its name because of the golden fur around its head which is in sharp contrast to its black body. It is a rare megabat and can only be found in the forests of the Philippines.  This megabat have been seen on the islands of Bohol, Boracay, Cebu, Leyte, Luzon, Mindanao, Mindoro, Negros and Polillo.
