A BUNGALOW INTERIOR FIT OUT

We had a chance to do an interior fit out for a 36 square meters one bedroom bungalow model house of a real-estate company. The house is located somewhere in Cavite area. The idea was that there should be no movement in the house itself; no changing of floor, window or doors; no changing of finishes including toilet fixtures and kitchen counter; no movement in the ceiling; and no built-in cabinets should be fabricated. All furnishing should be only be bought outside and be placed in inside as if we are just ordinary people owning the place. First we made a story line because we have to make an imaginary owner so as a guide on what shall we do. Second, concept and last, initial design of the interior. (more…)
ARCHITECTURAL FACADE FACELIFT PROJECT IN CAINTA

This was a project done of ours somewhere in Cainta, Rizal. This project was supposed to be an interior design and fit-out of the original house but was switch to architectural facade facelift. The original, facade looks boring because it lacks massing and extrusion. Furthermore the use of materials where never place strategically for it be an accent of the house. Its been a while since my last post. It is definitely a very busy December and do not much have to time to do other stuffs like blogging, hanging around and other personal activities. Well I will just keep it short and hopefully I could have more time here at Iskrambol.
