This was a project done of ours somewhere in Cainta, Rizal. This project was supposed to be an interior design and fit-out of the original house but was switch to architectural facade facelift. The original, facade looks boring because it lacks massing and extrusion. Furthermore the use of materials where never place strategically for it be an accent of the house. Below is the original facade of the house:

We wanted a modern feel on the house. The house could be easier to redesign if there are extrusion on walls but from ground floor to third floor there is only one plain wall with windows. So we decided to play around with material finishes, colors, bolder, roof, bigger windows, etc. Check out all the sides of the house.
