Now here is something I just saw this hour and it is about Stevie Starr’s performances being a Professional Regurgitator.  First, I saw one of his acts on The Czek and Slovak’s version of Got Talent show last September 2011.  I was curious that I discovered that he also joined a german show Das Supertalent after he joined British Got Talent last April 2010.  Then, I was shocked that he has already was featured on Howard Stern’s TV Show and Tonight Live with Steve Vizard in the 1990′s . He was also featured in the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Show with David Letterman, and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. I would not be suprised if he will be invited here in the Philippines for he has been busy with his international tour acts.

I have read almost all articles about him and comments about his performances and yet there is no real explanation on how he does this things. That is why some call him as illusionist instead of a professional regurgitator. Here are some of the tricks he does which leads others to identify him as a fake as per comments on his performances:

  1. He hids it in his lungs.
  2. He has an alternative hidden somewhere in his mouth.
  3. He tries to get it from his pocket during every tricks.
  4. He wipes his mouth with napkin once in a while.
  5. He hides it in his throat.
  6. Something about the stomach and duodenum.
  7. Something about Human Ostriches.
  8. And so on and so on. People will try something to find his tricks.

Whatever reason they give and how much I watch the videos, I am still shock on how he does these things.  I cannot see how he does that with the billiard ball and the sugar.  But one thing is for sure, he has mastered this act and he can do it even sleeping.  You can tell that from his missing teeth that he has failed a million times.  Furthermore, he has added some jokes and side comments while doing the trick which makes him a great entertainer.

Note: there is an incident after the Howard Stern’s Show where Stevie regurgitate dangerous items including broken glass, the camera man followed Stevie on the comfort room to check what will he do and they saw him putting his fingers on his throat getting out all the items or broken items left on his stomach or throat.
